Engr. Hector Sanchez is the Chairman of S.C. Hectel Construction Management Inc. (SCH-CMI). Also, the founder of S.C. Megaworld Construction and Development Corporation (SCMCDC), one of the Philippines' premier AAA-licensed general contracting firms specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems.
A graduate of the Technological Institute of the Philippines with dual degrees in BS Mechanical Engineering and BS Electrical Engineering, Engr. Sanchez is a Licensed Electrical Engineer whose career spans over four decades of distinguished service to the Philippine construction and power industry.
Before establishing SCM, he built a solid foundation through more than a decade of service with Meralco, where he gained deep expertise in electrical systems and infrastructure. Drawing on this experience, he founded SCMCDC over 30 years ago and has since grown it into a nationally recognized, AAA-licensed MEPF contracting powerhouse, a testament to his technical mastery, entrepreneurial vision, and unwavering commitment to engineering excellence.

Engr. Cyro Sanchez is the Founder and President of S.C. Hectel Construction Management Inc., established with a mission to restore credibility and build shared vision between owners and contractors in the Philippine construction industry. A Licensed Civil Engineer from De La Salle University – Manila and an MBA graduate of the Asian Institute of Management, he further honed his business expertise at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.
He holds a distinguished set of professional credentials; PMP®, CDCP®, LEED® AP BD+C, and Certified BERDE Professional, reflecting his expertise across project management, sustainability, and green building. Guided by a commitment to integrity and reform, Engr. Cyro is raising the standard of professionalism in Philippine construction one partnership at a time.
